This document contains a wealth of hand-painted contemporary imagery on parchment, depicting named plants, animals and birds, scenes of buildings and landscapes, alphabets, stylised ornamental motifs and a wealth of contemporary domestic paraphernalia.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eThe mitten design takes inspiration from the motifs and colours in MS Ashmole 1504, such as the beautiful peacock, the landscape of fantastical buildings, the stylised lettering and plant forms.
