You will create the castle towers using counted stitches on evenweave, which will then be cut out as ‘slips’ to be applied to the main ground fabric.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The hillock is formed using needlelace, the roofs worked in silver satin over card moulds, and the bushes in French knots and Turkey rug stitch, with the addition of surface embroidery in the background. Ideal for those with a little experience of stumpwork embroidery.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e The completed design measures approximately 11.5 x 8.5cm.
