Made in Italy, this is a 4mm smooth, tubular mesh tape, originally intended for use in jewellery, allowing beads to be threaded into the tube and knotted to form necklaces.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e However, they can also be stretched into fabulous organic wiggly patterns which retain their shape, since the mesh is made from superfine wire. Fabulous for stumpwork as the mesh has the appearance of needlelace without having to make it!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e There is also a \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/jennyadin-christieembroidery.com\/product\/metallic-mesh-ribbons\"\u003e6mm version\u003c\/a\u003e of this tape.
