Description
These picture frames are made specifically to fit my designs by my colleague and professional picture framer, Lyn Hall of ‘Fringe Arts‘. They allow you to enjoy mounting and framing your work at home without the expense of using a professional framer.
They include: ‘TruVue’ conservation grade clear glass with 99% UV protection, conservation grade mount board ready to mount your work, conservation grade mount board spacers to lift the glass from the work and fittings/hanging cord.
Available in a Limed wax finish (on Obeche wood, provides a pale, whitewashed, shabby chic, seaside look) or in Natural.
The images shown provide as accurate an impression as possible of the colour and texture of the wood/s from which these items are made. However, please be aware that each item will be unique in its grain and patterning.
Whitework Buttons:
These frames are designed to fit the full set of five whitework buttons in a vertical row, perhaps with the addition of some real buttons of your choice interspersed. The buttons can be stitched directly to the plain ivory back board included, or you may prefer to cover the board with your choice of fabric first.
