Cones of Gutermann’s Invisible Thread

Made by ‘Gutermann’, this supremely fine polyester filament is superb for intricate stitching where you wish the thread to be as invisible as possible. It has innumerable applications, but I use it for applying delicate items such as translucent sequins, skeleton leaves and tiny items in stumpwork. It is also useful for delicate conservation work and repair. It has none of the stiff, springy, fishing line quality of other ‘invisible’ threads. One reel will last a lifetime, or why not purchase one to share with your stitch group? Available in neutral beige and white, these neutral tones blend seamlessly with most work.
