Description
These picture frames are made specifically to fit my designs by my colleague and professional picture framer, Ian Dixon of Ian Dixon bespoke framing . They allow you to enjoy mounting and framing your work at home without the expense of using a professional framer. This one will complement Owl and the Pussycat
and the Lakeland Odyssey designs.
They include: ‘TruVue’ conservation grade clear glass with 99% UV protection, conservation grade mount board ready to mount your work, supported within a foam core board window to center the work within the frame, conservation grade mount board spacers to lift the glass from the work and fittings/hanging cord. They also include a double rectangular window mount in deep green and ivory to complement the design.
NEW FOR 2024: The mount now includes an aperture with quote from the poem ‘The Owl and the Pussycat’, and if opting for a frame for the Lakeland Odyssey, the mount includes an aperture with text ‘A Lakeland Odyssey’.
Available in a choice of two colors for this design:
- Antique Gold leaf (on Ayous wood)
- Limed wax finish (on Obeche wood, provides a pale, whitewashed, shabby chic, seaside look)
