Fundamental Whitework Techniques Book

Great book to learn the principles of whitework. It is thoroughly illustrated with very clear diagrams. It also emphasizes how the different techniques will affect the tonal values that are oh so important in whitework! It touches everything from padding to openwork, with sections on eyelets, trailing, shadow work, pulled thread, hems...! It even has some little patterns to trace so that we can try out the exercises ourselves. There is lots of learning packed in this little book!
