Our Embroidery Kits

Why are kits often out of stock? 

  • Our special kits are made by hand and with love, by my small family team. They contain many components and bespoke hand-made elements, and therefore take a lot of time to create. 
  • We manufacture kits in small batches to make this process as efficient as possible. 
  • We maintain a waiting list for each kit so that we know which are in highest demand, and manufacture accordingly.

How do I join the waiting list?

  • Please subscribe to the waiting list for each kit by completing the new stock notifier form on each kit page. 

How will I know when my kit is ready? 

  • We will send you an email with a special one-off password when the new stock is added. 
  • We password protect the kits so others cannot purchase. 
  • You will visit the kit page and enter the special password, allowing you to purchase your kit. 
  • We only send passwords to the correct number of people on the waiting list to match current stock. 

Will I have to rush to purchase in case others sneak in first!!?

  • Ther simple answer is ‘no’!
  • The password gives you access to the kit you have waited for. 
  • These are not time sensitive, but we do ask you to purchase within 48 hours so that we can pass the kits to others if no longer required.

How long will I have to wait for my kit? 

  • This is a tricky one! We cannot guarantee the wait time and it can be several months, depending on demand and our manufacture time. 
  • We manufacture all kits as quickly as we possibly can. 
  • If you need a kit for a special occasion or date, we are always happy to help, so please do CONTACT ME. 

Can I change my mind if I have already subscribed? 

  • Yes, of course. Joining a waiting list does not mean you are obliged to purchase. 
  • Just drop us a line so we can forward to the next person. 

I need a kit urgently for a special occasion:
