Description
Made by the fabulous ‘Tulip’ needle company in the old needle-making district of Hiroshima, these beautiful awls are an indispensable tool for fine embroidery. The rounded tip (measuring 0.5mm at the tip, tapering to 2mm) makes them an excellent tool for opening up eyelets, and working on more open forms of pulled thread work as well as for general prodding and poking, without risk of snagging fabrics and threads. Also great for pushing stuffing into tiny shapes such as in stumpwork.
